Workout DVD's:
Yoga for Inflexible People (2002)- This
is by far the best Yoga DVD that I have seen around. It is good for
every body type and for any fitness level. It shows you how to use
props (very important) to adjust the movements to suit you. Also,
since it is a DVD there are over 30 workouts to choose from.
Yoga Kids Fun Collection
(2005)-My daughter loves this DVD! Its a kid friendly way to teach
your children about Yoga.
